1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers
must initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Request Process
Customers must contact our support team with:
• Order ID
• Clear images of the product showing the issue
• A brief description of the concern
Once verified, our team will provide return instructions.
3. Conditions for Return
• Product must be unused and in original condition• Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
• Items failing inspection may not be eligible for refund
4. Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or personalized products• Bulk/manufactured orders
• Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection, the refund will be processedwithin 5–7 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and banking
partner.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellationrequests cannot be accepted.
7. Delivery Guarantee
If an order is not delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase, the customer is eligible for afull refund upon request.
8. Refund Method
• Online payments: refunded to original payment method• COD orders: refunded via bank transfer or alternative agreed method
9. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from TeeFactory
